7. Proof that the student is a beneficiary of a scholarship in Mozambique or has other means that assure the attendance of a course
8. Guaranteed conditions of accommodation in Mozambique
9. Certificate of good conduct (Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the authority of the country of nationality or of the last residence of the petitioner for at least 2 years; Authenticated by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs or by the representative diplomatic mission for other nationalities; Translated into Portuguese
10. Medical certificate; translated into Portuguese
11. Business License of the Instituition in Mozambique (Alvará)
12. Tax Compliance Document for the Instituition in Mozambique (Certidão de Quitação das Finanças)
13. Instituition’s Social Security certificate (Certidão de Quitação de INSS)

10. Invitation letter from the company in Mozambique if the request is made by an individual employed in the country; with identification details of the company representative attached; Marriage certificate; translated into Portuguese
11. Birth certificates for Minors;
12. Business License of the Company in Mozambique (Alvará)
13. Tax Compliance Document for the Company in Mozambique (Certidão de Quitação das Finanças)
14. Host Company’s Social Security certificate (Certidão de Quitação)
